Town of Benson Municipal Garage
In 2024, Landmark Engineering and Design, LLC provided the Town of Benson with design and permitting services for a new 3,800 SF municipal garage building, served by an upgraded potable water supply system, a new municipal sewer connection, new floor drain(s) connected to an oil, grease and sediment trap, and overall site grading and drainage improvements, on a +/- 1.73 - acre parcel, located at 598 Hulett Hill Road, in Benson, VT.
In doing so, LED successfully and efficiently completed a detailed digital topographic site survey; drafting of site plans consisting of existing site conditions, proposed site layout, system designs, grading plans, construction details, and testing specifications; obtained all applicable permits; and provided survey stake-out, final inspection, and certification services within the tight project timeline and construction budget.
